Additional Information:

1) Type of Examination: Written for Officer Level, Interview or any one of the shortlisted candidates, Written for Assistant Level, Interview and Field Concept or any two.

2) The Age Limit of the applicant:

For Officer Level: 21 years completed and not exceeding 40 years;
For Assistant Level: Completed 18 years and not exceeding 35 years.

(No age limit for employees working in the organization)

3) Educational Qualification and Experience:

(A) In case of Senior Officer: Must have passed Master level and worked as a department head in a bank or financial institution for two years, or after passing Bachelor level and have worked as a department head in a bank or financial institution for three years.

(B) In case of an officer: Must have passed Master level or Bachelor level and have worked for two years in the position of Assistant Officer in a bank or financial institution.

(C) In case of Assistant Officer: Preference will be given to those who have done Semi Qualified CA and worked in an audit firm for 2 years.

(D) In case of Assistant Officer (IT): Must have passed BIT / B.Tech.

(E) In case of Senior Assistant: He/She should have passed 10+2 and worked for two years in the position of Field Assistant in a bank or financial institution.

(F) In case of Junior Field Assistant: Must have passed 10+2

(4) Required Documents: Handwritten application, copy of citizenship, copy of certificates of educational qualification, biodata, copies of certificate of experience.

(5) Examination fee:

Among the formally received applications, shortlisted candidates come to the office for written examination and interview, Rs. 500 for Officer and Rs. 250 (non-refundable) examination fee for Assistant post. The name of the applicant should be mentioned in account number 5941437753524001 of the NIC Asia Bank Kohalpur branch of this organization and the deposited voucher should be brought.

(7) Remuneration and service facilities: shall be in accordance with the rules of the organization.

(9) Others: In the case of Junior Field Assistant, priority will be given to the locals residing in Dang, Kapilvastu, Rolpa, Palpa, East Rukum, Rupandehi, Pyuthan, Gulmi, Arghakhanchi, and Parasi districts; Preference will be given to applicants who know how to operate a computer and hold two-wheeler driver's license.
