ADMINISTRATIVE ASSOCIATE
Major Responsibilities:
Under the direct supervision of the Head of Finance & Administration, the Administrative Associate is responsible to provide administrative support by equipping, furnishing, and maintaining the office, along with supporting logistical arrangements for all staff members. S/he will he responsible for supervising, coordinating, and ensuring that all administrative tasks in the office are carried out in accordance with WWF established policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Administration or related subject with at least 2 years of working experience in an Administration position is required. The AdministrativeAssociale must have good communication, coordination, and administrative skills, and the ability to work under time constraints using initiative and judgment.
