CTEVT Urgent Admission Notice for Full-Pay Vacant Seats
Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, has published an urgent notice regarding the online application process for vacant seats in full-pay health programs (excluding Nursing and Midwifery) for the academic session 2082/083.
The notice is issued as per Clause 17 of the Admission Guidelines 2082, stating that if seats remain vacant in full-pay health programs except Nursing and Midwifery, the institutions must publish the number of vacant seats, call for online applications, and admit students according to merit order within the allocated quota.
This notice is intended for all concerned institutions and candidates, as per the recommendation and results published by the council and provincial offices under Clause 17 of the guidelines for trainee selection, scholarship distribution, and admission for Pre-Diploma, Diploma, and Certificate Level programs.
The conditions mentioned in the earlier notice published on 2082/04/05 remain applicable. The institutions must complete ITMS online entry within the given deadline according to the guidelines.
Key Conditions

Institutions must provide a five-day window when publishing the notice calling for online applications.

Candidates recommended under the meritorious quota as per the result published in the notice dated 2082/04/05 will receive a meritorious scholarship. Candidates selected through the re-selection process will not receive this scholarship. However, if all candidates admitted to a program are from the re-selection process, one candidate must be given the scholarship according to merit order.

Principals of institutions are responsible for verifying the original copies of educational qualifications, citizenship, and category opening certificates during admission. If there is any mismatch between submitted documents and original copies, the institution must withhold admission and inform the council or provincial office.

Online application for full-pay programs can be filled from 2082/06/01 either by the institution or the applicants themselves.

Institutions must verify all online applications through the Web-Based Online Integrated Training Management System (ITMS). They must log in to ITMS from the first day of online form submission and compulsorily verify applications. Any technical issue must be reported immediately to the IT section of the provincial office for resolution.

During verification, institutions must check documents and qualifications as per the guidelines and either confirm or reject the applications. Once confirmed, the council or provincial office will approve them and generate Application Acceptance Card Numbers. Only applicants with symbol numbers will be included in the merit list and result publication.

Institutions must follow Clauses 18 and 19 of the 2082 guidelines during trainee selection, scholarship distribution, and admission.

A three-member task team, including IT personnel, must carry out the selection, merit listing, and result publication process at the provincial office.

This team must prepare and publish merit lists weekly for applicants (except those in Nursing, Midwifery, General Medicine, and Diploma in Pharmacy programs) to ensure admissions are completed by 2082 Mangsir 24. After this date, the admission and registration process will be closed.

For General Medicine and Diploma in Pharmacy programs, online applications can be submitted until 2082/07/14 at 11:59 PM, after which the task team must finalize selection, merit recommendations, and result publication.

Provincial offices must continue to recommend candidates for classified (free) scholarships under the institutions within the province by 2082 Mangsir 24. No recommendations will be accepted after this date.
