CTEVT Extends Diploma and Pre-Diploma Admission and Registration Deadlines
The Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Office of the Controller of Examinations, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, has extended the deadline for completing admission and registration forms for all Diploma/Certificate and Pre-Diploma level programs.
Following complaints that floods, landslides, and other natural disasters had caused highway closures and made it difficult to obtain the required certificates, the Council published a notice on Shrawan 22, 2083 BS (2083.04.22), extending the deadline.
Previously, the final deadline for completing the online application form had been set for Shrawan 21, while the deadline for completing the registration form had been set for Shrawan 24.
Not Applicable to Nursing and Midwifery
According to the Council, the extended deadline will not apply to Certificate Level Nursing and Midwifery programs.
The notice also states that all admission and registration conditions mentioned in the notice published on Shrawan 8, 2083 BS (2083.04.08) will continue to apply.
The revised schedule is as follows:

Online Application Form: New applicants may complete the Online Application Form from Shrawan 22 to Shrawan 26, 2083 BS.

Registration with Regular Fee (for trainees): Trainees must submit their registration forms to the respective educational institution by Bhadra 1, 2083 BS (2083.05.01).

Online Entry with Regular Fee: Educational institutions must complete the online Registration Entry in ITMS by Bhadra 1, 2083 BS.

Regular Fee Deposit: Educational institutions must deposit the registration fee in the bank and upload the voucher online in ITMS by Bhadra 2, 2083 BS.

Registration with Late Fee (for trainees): Trainees must submit their registration forms with the late fee to the respective educational institution by Bhadra 9, 2083 BS (2083.05.09).

Online Entry with Late Fee: Educational institutions must complete the online Registration Entry in ITMS with the late fee from Bhadra 2 to Bhadra 9, 2083 BS.

Late Fee Deposit: Educational institutions must deposit the late fee in the bank and upload the voucher online in ITMS by Bhadra 10, 2083 BS.

Final Deadline for Institutions to Submit Forms: Educational institutions must place the registration forms in an Index file and mandatorily include the institution's name, program, email address, and the mobile number and email address of the relevant contact person. The documents must be submitted to the respective Provincial Office within office hours by Bhadra 16, 2083 BS (2083.05.16).
