Overview
Green Tara College of Health Science (GTCHS) was established in 2003 A.D. it is located in Sainbu, Bhaisepati, Lalitpur, Nepal. GTCHS was founded with the joint efforts of the Council for Technical Educational and Vocational Training (CTEVT) and Green Tara Education group with the essence of health science felt needed to educate social awareness, committed to quality education.
GTCHS is affiliated with CTEVT and offers Certificates in Medical Laboratory Technology (CMLT), PCL Nursing, PCL in General Medicine-Health Assistant (HA), and PCL in Radiography. It is honored to be an integral part where tradition holds strong, but with innovation welcomed; in order to better one’s life, advance their career and reach their desired level of personal success.
VISION & GOAL
Green Tara College of Health Science (GTCHS) will create a model college to support the field of health care, integrated with the interdisciplinary student, staff, and faculty relationships. The faculty and administration of GTCHS are committed to embracing the principles to adopt an evidence-based theoretical and applied approach to health science education respect the dignity and value of all health care recipients at any stage in the health-illness continuum; believe in multicultural education that promotes open academic discourse and critical analysis; and expect our faculty, staff and graduates to be role models of our students.
MISSION
The mission of Green Tara College of Health Science (GTCHS) is to improve the human condition through excellence in education, research, and service in the professional field of health. GTCHS is committed to educating a graduate to enter the health professions workforce who is a professional and competent entry-level practitioner. Our programs are structured to support and develop essential qualities of caring, accountability, a credible work ethic, critical thinking, and effective interpersonal skills to address social demands.
