The Proficiency Certificate Level (PCL) Nursing program at Nepal Police Hospital School of Health Sciences (NPHSHS) in Maharajgunj, Kathmandu, is a three-year course affiliated with the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT).
