Overview
Ten Plus Two (+2) Humanities at New Summit College is a two-year program affiliated with the National Examination Board (NEB) of Nepal. The program aims to provide students with a strong foundation in various subjects in the humanities field, including history, sociology, geography, psychology, English, and Nepali.
The program is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the different aspects of humanities and social sciences. It is focused on developing critical thinking, analytical, and communication skills that are essential for success in various professions.
The course comprises of various subjects such as Compulsory English, Compulsory Nepali, Social Studies, Compulsory Mathematics, Alternative English, Psychology, Sociology, History, Geography, and optional subjects like Mathematics, Population Studies, and Rural Development.
The program aims to prepare students for further studies in various fields such as social work, journalism, psychology, sociology, history, anthropology, and geography. Graduates of this program can also pursue higher studies in law, business, or management.
