The college also runs a Mentorship Chain Program that starts in the first semester and normally continues through the seventh semester. Students from different semesters work within a collaborative learning arrangement guided by experts, with First Avocado Pvt. Ltd. named as the collaborating organization.
Other BBA-related academic activities at PCMS include research and paper presentation, case-based learning, small-team interaction, project groups, specialized clubs, a language lab for communication practice, seminar exposure, and placement-related training.
Students interested in entrepreneurship also have access to the Presidency Business Incubation Center, which works with student business ideas and entrepreneurship-related activities.
Who May Find the BBA Relevant
The BBA suits students who want a structured undergraduate program covering several parts of business rather than concentrating on one subject from the beginning.
The curriculum gives exposure to accounting, finance, marketing, human resources, operations, research, banking and insurance, project management, information systems, entrepreneurship, supply chain management, e-commerce, and strategic management before specialization. This makes the course particularly relevant for students who want to build a broad management foundation and choose a more focused academic area in the later semesters.
