Himalayan Boarding School in Pokhara is all set to celebrate its Golden Jubilee from February 21-23, 2023. Established in the year 1972, the school is a renowned name in the area, providing quality education to students for over 50 years.
The Chairman of the School Management Committee, Hum Bahadur Gurung, and Coordinator of the Organizing Committee of the Golden Jubilee has informed that the celebrations will be grand, and various programs have been planned to make it a memorable event.
The Golden Jubilee program will kick off on February 21 with local tableau performances, cultural programs with costumes of different castes, and educational exhibitions. The program will be inaugurated on February 9, marking the beginning of a three-day extravaganza.
On February 22, nationally renowned artists will enthrall the audience with musical performances. And finally, on February 23, the last day of the Jubilee will conclude with various cultural programs, local mothers' groups, youth clubs, and other entertaining performances.
Apart from this, awards will be distributed to students and teachers who have excelled in various fields and contributed significantly to the school's growth and development.
The Golden Jubilee celebration is a significant milestone for the school, and the event will not only be a celebration of its achievements but also an opportunity to showcase the rich culture and heritage of Nepal.
