National Vigilance Centre Calls for Applications for Technical Auditor Training
The Government of Nepal’s National Vigilance Centre (राष्ट्रिय सतर्कता केन्द्र), Singha Durbar, Kathmandu, will conduct a 21-day technical audit training programme to prepare the Technical Auditors required for the current fiscal year 2083/84.
The Centre published a notice on Shrawan 14, 2083 (2083/04/14), inviting qualified and interested engineers to submit applications within seven days.
Seats and Engineering Disciplines
A total of 30 seats have been allocated for the training.

Note: If sufficient applications are not received from the specified engineering disciplines, candidates from other engineering disciplines may also be selected.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must meet the following requirements:

Hold at least a bachelor’s degree in engineering from a recognized educational institution and be registered with the Nepal Engineering Council.

Have at least 10 years of service or professional experience in the engineering field.

Be no more than 60 years of age.

Not have been declared ineligible to serve as a Technical Auditor under prevailing law.
Application Procedure and Conditions
Application Submission
Applicants must submit a hard copy of the application by appearing at the Centre in person or through an authorized representative.
Envelope Requirements
The outside of the sealed envelope must be marked:
“Application for Technical Audit Training”
The applicant’s name, address, email address, and mobile number must also be clearly stated on the envelope.
Required Documents
Applicants must submit self-certified copies of the following documents:

Updated biodata or curriculum vitae

Certificates of academic qualifications at the bachelor’s level and above

Nepali citizenship certificate
Government employees currently in service must also submit a mandatory nomination letter from their respective office.
Selection and Training Fee
The Centre will select applicants based on the minimum qualifications, experience, and the number of seats allocated to each engineering discipline.
Selected applicants must deposit a training fee of Rs. 10,000 (ten thousand rupees only) into the bank account designated by the Centre within seven days from the date they receive the selection notice or email. The original bank voucher must be submitted to the Centre.
If the fee is not deposited within the prescribed period, an alternative applicant will be selected.
The training fee will not be refunded if a selected applicant is unable to participate in the training or fails to complete it for any reason.
Expenses to Be Borne by Participants
Participants must personally bear all expenses incurred during the training, including daily and travel allowances, transportation expenses, vehicle costs, and other related expenses.
Application Deadline and Other Provisions
If the final application date falls on a public holiday, applications may be submitted until the following day.
The National Vigilance Centre reserves the full right to accept or reject any application.
