Students Share Learning and Reflections from Educational Visit 2082
Budhabare, Jhapa, May 20, 2025—Sita Ramesh Multiple Campus (SRMC) recently organized a student-led seminar where third-year Bachelor’s students shared their insights and experiences from Educational Visit 2082. Held on campus, the event allowed students to reflect on what they saw, what they learned, and how the visit helped them better understand their studies in a real-world setting.
The session was also open to first-year students, who attended with curiosity and enthusiasm. Listening to their seniors helped them understand what to expect when it was their turn to participate in such visits.
What stood out most was that the entire program—from planning to hosting—was handled by students. It was their space to lead, speak, and support each other. Mr. Kailash, who anchored the session, kept things running smoothly. Ms. Diksha opened the event by welcoming guests and classmates with a warm and thoughtful message.
One of the key parts of the seminar was a detailed report by Ms. Sova, who talked about the visit from start to finish. She explained what the group observed and discussed, and how the experience connected to their academic goals. Her report showed how much the visit had helped them think beyond the classroom.
Ms. Charu, a first-year student, also spoke during the event. She shared how helpful the seminar was for new students like her. “It gave me a better picture of what these visits are like and how we can learn from them,” she said.
The goals of the seminar were clear:
-
Help students learn from each other’s experiences
-
Build confidence through public speaking and presentation
-
Encourage teamwork and respectful communication across academic years
Toward the end of the session, the third-year students formally handed over their visit report to the Head of Department. As a small gesture of appreciation, they also gave a token of thanks to the campus team for their continued support. The group leader received a small gift too, in recognition of their role during the visit.
This seminar was more than just a report presentation. It showed what students can do when they take charge, support one another, and share what they’ve learned. Events like these help build a stronger learning culture and unite everyone at SRMC.
