CTEVT Diploma/Certificate Registration Notice 2082/083
Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Examination Control Office, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur has issued an urgent notice regarding the submission of registration forms for the academic year 2082/083 for regular, partial (old and new), and special technical education scholarship program students.
This notice applies to students enrolled in the third-year regular, first- and second-year partial examinations of diploma/certificate level programs conducted under affiliated, constituent, partnership, and community schools, as well as students of approved private institutions running diploma programs such as:

Pharmacy

General Medicine

Lab Technician

Dental Science (Dental Hygiene)

Radiography

Ophthalmic Science

General Ayurvedic Medicine

Acupuncture

Acupressure & Moxibustion

Amchi

Physiotherapy
Students must fill in registration forms as per CTEVT’s previously published notice and submit them to the respective provincial offices after completing online entry through ITMS.
Failure to submit online registration forms within the prescribed deadline will make students ineligible for the upcoming first-year, first-semester regular examinations of 2083. Students who have passed the cut-off will not be allowed to participate as examinees if registration is not completed.
Key Instructions

Marksheets and admit cards are available on the CTEVT website and must be verified while filling registration forms.

Students who passed the 18-month pre-diploma level exam by 2082 Ashoj 05 are eligible to participate in the diploma/certificate level first-year examination.

ITMS online entry is mandatory for form submission.
Important Points

Only students admitted in 2082/083 should have their registration forms filled through ITMS.

Registration Fee for Partial Students: NPR 300 per examinee.

Registration Fee for Regular Students: NPR 2,500 per student, to be deposited into CTEVT’s bank account and voucher downloaded from www.ctevtexam.org.np.

Registration Fee for Students in Constituent/Community/Partnership Technical Schools: NPR 500 per student, payable to the CTEVT account.

Admission proof for students enrolled after passing the entrance exam

Work authorization proof for students engaged in teaching/training after passing level

Recent color photograph (taken within 3 months) must be affixed
