CTEVT Pre-Diploma Registration Notice 2082/083

Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Examination Control Office, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur — Urgent notice regarding filling out the registration form for the pre-diploma level for the academic session 2082/083.

For registration purposes in the pre-diploma and diploma/certificate levels of teaching institutions that have received affiliation/approval to operate programs from CTEVT as constituent, partnership, government/community schools, and private level, the registration period has been set until the end of Mangsir 2082 in accordance with Clause 22 of the “Directive on Student Admission and Selection, Scholarship Distribution, and Enrollment in Pre-Diploma and Diploma Level Programs, 2082” of the Examination Control Office.

Therefore, for all programs at the pre-diploma level, for the academic session 2082/083, students who have passed the entrance examination and are enrolled must submit registration forms along with the admission process from 2082 Ashwin 08 to 2082 Mangsir 16 with the regular fee, and from 2082 Mangsir 17 to 2082 Mangsir 25 with the late fee, by completing the process as per the details below, doing Online Entry in ITMS, and submitting the registration forms to the province offices under the Council. This notice is published for the information of all concerned teaching institutions.

If the registration form is not submitted within the prescribed time, registration will not be done later.

The Council, province offices, and teaching institutions must mandatorily complete the admission process (including selection from the main candidates and from the pass list) for classified (free) scholarships and full-fee categories by 2082 Mangsir 12.

Likewise, in the case of re-admission processes and merit order recommendations, the ITMS Online Entry must be completed by 2082/08/12. Thereafter, the admission process will not proceed, and the ITMS Online Entry for the entrance examination will be closed.

Terms and Conditions

Only registration forms of students admitted in the pre-diploma level for the academic session 2082/083 as per the “Instructions on Admission Process and Re-Admission Process for Pre-Diploma Level Conducted on Various Dates in 2082 by the Examination Control Office” should be filled.
The number of students must be only as per the quota approved by the Council.
Teaching institutions that have received affiliation/approval to operate programs at the private level must deposit Registration Fee per student: Rs. 500 and Institutional Development Fee per student: Rs. 500, in a lump sum.
For students studying in educational programs conducted under constituent, partnership, and government/community schools under the Council, Registration Fee per student: Rs. 500 must be deposited in a lump sum.
For meritorious and classified scholarship students who have been selected and admitted, no registration fee or institutional development fee will be charged.
The teaching institution must download the registration form from www.ctevtexam.org.np, print on both sides, and distribute to students. Students must mandatorily attach the following documents with the registration form:

(a) Original: Application Acceptance Card must be attached.

(b) From Online: Print the result Application Acceptance Form and attach.

(c) Copies of: Marksheets and Character Certificates of SLC/SEE educational qualifications.

(d) Copy of: Citizenship/Birth Registration Certificate.

(e) For students who passed SLC/SEE or equivalent from countries other than Nepal: Copies of educational certificates, equivalence certificate, and original Migration Certificate must be submitted. For students from foreign countries requiring passport and visa, a certified copy of passport, visa, and study permit must be submitted; for Indian citizens, a certified copy of the government identity card must be submitted.

(f) For trainees who passed the entrance exam from one teaching institution and got admitted to any program of another teaching institution: Submit the original Admit Card of the entrance exam of the institution where transfer and admission is sought, and attach a highlighted photocopy of the result with the form.

(g) For students admitted with permission while working in any government or non-government body, association, or institution: Submit the departmental approval letter from the office where they work.

(h) The photograph used in the entrance examination application form must also be affixed to the registration form.

Teaching institutions submit registration forms to their respective institutions: 2082/06/08 to 2082/08/16

Trainees submit registration forms to respective teaching institutions with Late Fee: 2082/08/17 to 2082/08/24

Last date to deposit registration fee in the bank and upload bank voucher in ITMS Online (Late Fee): 2082/08/26

Note:

If teaching institutions do not deposit the fee in the bank and upload the bank voucher in ITMS Online within the specified dates, double the fee will be charged.

ITMS Submission and Filing

Teaching institutions must submit students’ registration forms through the CTEVT Web-Based Online Integrated Training Management System (ITMS).

Print the list of registration submissions by program from ITMS Online and match the registration forms as per the certified copy. File in a Plastic Coated Index File by program and submit the file by program.

(a) For students who have passed entrance and re-entrance examinations, highlight the student’s name and symbol number on the original results certified by the province office by program and submit.

(b) Submit copies of the register book where students have filed applications as per the published notice and program, minutes, and highlight the students’ names and symbol numbers on the result and submit.

(c) For all programs conducted at the teaching institution, keep the original bill issued by the province office in any one program and submit copies of the bill in the files of other programs along with letters mentioning detailed descriptions in the registration file.

Final Submission to Province Offices

Teaching institutions must keep the registration forms in an index file, and mandatorily include the teaching institution’s name, program, email, and mobile number and email address of the concerned contact person. Submit to the respective CTEVT province office by 2082/08/29 within office hours without fail.
