    • Institutions in partnership with religious, community, and councils: Rs. 500 per student.
    • Private educational institutions: Rs. 2,000 per student.
  2. Late Fee Policy:

    • Double the regular examination fee per student.
    • Applicable if the form is not entered in the Web-based online system within the regular fee period.
  3. Aspirant Students Fee:

    • One theoretical or practical subject: Rs. 300.
    • Each additional subject: Rs. 150.
    • Late fee: Double the prescribed fee per subject.
  4. Submission Process for Educational Institutions:

    • Create separate files for subject regular, aspirant, new, and old courses.
    • Attach fee payment receipts and register at the provincial offices of the Council within the specified date.
  5. Bank Deposit and ITMS Online Upload:

    • Deposit the fee amount in the respective Province office's bank account.
    • Upload the complete bank voucher to ITMS Online the day after the last date of regular and late fee payments.
