Written Examination Center for Non-Gazetted First Class Computer Operator Position - Public Service Commission, Kathmandu Office Notice No. 17/080-81 

We are pleased to inform you about the establishment of the examination building for the upcoming written examination center for the Non-Gazetted First Class Computer Operator position, under Advertisement No. 12025 - 12030 / 079-80. This examination is a part of the Nepal Miscellaneous Service, Gazetted First Class (Technical) recruitment process. The purpose of this notice is to provide you with all the necessary information and guidelines for the smooth conduct of the examination.

Examination Schedule:

• First Paper

  • Subject: GK and Aptitude Test / Job-Based Knowledge
  • Exam System: Objectives (MCQs)
  • Exam Date and Time: 2080/05/10, 7:00 AM
  • Duration: 45 Minutes

• Second Paper

  • Subject: Job Based Knowledge
  • Exam System: Subjective
  • Exam Date and Time: 2080/05/10, 8:15 AM
  • Duration: 2 Hours and 45 Minutes

Important Guidelines:

1. The examination will strictly follow the scheduled program without any postponement unless informed by the commission in advance.
2. Use only black ink during the exam; do not use lead pens for the objective answer book.
3. For multiple choice questions, mark your answers clearly in capital letters (A, B, C, D).
4. Candidates from other examination centers are eligible for the exam, excluding those approved in the Kathmandu examination center.
5. Electronic devices, including bags and mobile phones, are prohibited in the examination hall. Calculators are not allowed in the objective test.
6. Admittance to the examination hall is only possible with the admit card. Arrive at least 1 hour before the exam.
7. Alongside the admit card, bring a government-issued photo identification card (citizenship or identity card).

Special Observations:

1. In light of communicable diseases, candidates are advised to carry masks, sanitizers, and drinking water for personal use.
