1. Registration Process:

- Available on the board's website for Class 11 students.
- Schools should download and distribute before the end of Kartik 2080.

- Deadline for submission by schools: 15th Poush 2080.
- Students must also fill out the form by this date.
- Bank voucher or online payment receipt should be submitted by 15th Poush.
- Late fee registration is available until the end of Poush 2080.

Submission of Registration Application Form:
- Deadline for schools (both soft and hard copies): 15th Magh 2080.
- Schools are responsible for any registration issues.

Issuance of Registration Certificate:
- Distribution to schools: 15th Falgun 2080.
2. Examination Application Process:

Distribution of Examination Application Form:
- For Class 12 students: From 1st Poush 2080.

Filling of Exam Application Form:
- Duration: 16th Poush to 15th Magh 2080.
- Payment for the form should be deposited by 15th Magh 2080.

Late Fee Submission:
- Duration: 16th Magh to end of Magh 2080.
- Schools must submit forms (soft and hard copies) by 15th Falgun 2080.
3. Exam Details:

Exam Time Table:
- Scheduled for Baishakh 2081.
- Time table will be published by end of Magh 2080.

Exam Center Selection:
- Determined by the end of 2080.

Admit Card Distribution:
- Distributed to schools by end of Chaitra 2080.

Practical Examination/Internal Assessment:
- Schedule decided by individual schools.
- Submission to the board office by mid-Falgun 2080.
- Students with less than a C grade in internal assessments are not allowed in the annual exam.
4. Examination Conduct:

- Class 12: Starts second week of Baisakh 2081.
- Class 11 (grade increase): Starts last week of Baisakh 2081.
- Class 11 annual exam: Starts first week of May 2081.

Grade Upgradation Examination:
- Conducted within 45 days of result publication.
5. Result Publication:

- Class 12: Third week of Shrawan 2081.
- Class 11 (grade enhancement): Third week of Bhadra.

- Published within 45 days of the exam date.
6. Pre-Requisite Course Details:
- Submission of Registration Form: By Bhadra 2080.
- Examination Application Submission: By Ashoj 15, 2080.
- Exam Date: 4th week of Kartik 2080.
- Result Date: Third week of Mangsir 2080.
- Chance Examination: Within 15 days of result publication.
- Chance Exam Result: Within 15 days of the exam date.
