Balephi Rural Municipality (Nepali: बलेफी गाउँपालिका) belongs to the Sindhupalchowk district of Bagmati Pradesh under the Central Development Region. The total area of ​​this village is 61.87 sq. Km. Balephi Gaupalika was formed by merging the former 4 VDCs: Mankha, Phulpingdanda, Phulpingkot, and Jalbire VDCs.
