Hariharpurgadhi Rural Municipality (हरिहरपुरगढी गाउँपालिका, सिन्धुली) is located in the Sindhuli district. After the implementation of 753 local levels by the Ministry of Federal Affairs and Local Development in 2073 BS, the former Hariharpurgadhi, Kaneshwar, Pipalmadhi, and Mahadebdanda Village Development Committees have been formed in Sindhuli district. The total area of Hariharpurgadhi village municipality is 343.9 square kilometers.
This rural municipality is divided into 8 wards. The total population of the village municipality is 27,727. It is bounded on the east by Marin village municipality, on the west by Makwanpur district, Arautahat district, on the north by Kavrepalanchok district and on the south by Sarlahi district.
