CTEVT Calls for Program Renewal for Academic Session 2083/084
The Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, has issued an urgent notice asking affiliated institutions to renew their programs for the academic session 2083/084.
According to the notice published on Chaitra 25, 2082, institutions operating pre-diploma and certificate/diploma level programs and recommended by the Council for continuation must complete the renewal process online within the prescribed deadline.
Renewal Deadline and Process
According to the Council, institutions recommended for continuation of program operation through regular monitoring must apply within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice, that is, from 2082/12/25 to 2083/01/09, by paying the regular fee.
Institutions that fail to renew within that period may still complete renewal online within an additional 7 days, from 2083/01/10 to 2083/01/16, by paying a late fee at double the regular rate.
When coming to collect the renewal card, institutions must compulsorily submit all original documents that were uploaded online.
Main Documents to Be Submitted in Notarized Form

Renewal or updated letter of the institution for fiscal year 2081/082 and all documents related to institutional registration, including the constitution, registration certificate, memorandum, regulations, PAN registration, and related records.

Proof of tax clearance or tax filing at least up to fiscal year 2081/082.

In the case of health-related programs:

Official approval letter showing the bed capacity of the hospital where practical training will be conducted

Hospital renewal letter

Consent letter from the hospital

Document certifying the distance between the institution and the hospital

Self-declaration stating that no higher-level program (bachelor’s or postgraduate) is being operated in that hospital

A self-declaration stating that only the training fee fixed by the Council has been charged in the current academic session, along with a copy of the renewal card for the previous academic session 2082/083.

In the case of Certificate Level Nursing and institutions operating programs with their own 100-bed hospital, notarized documents certifying the same.

Copy of the affiliation approval letter and copies of documents related to any transfer of name, transfer of location, name change, or ownership transfer, if applicable.

Current share investment details of institution operators or shareholders, details of the members of the management committee, and certified copies of citizenship certificates.

Institutions that have been upgraded or have received approval to operate programs at the same level must also submit the corresponding documents and fees accordingly.
Method for Fee Payment and Form Submission
Only institutions found eligible through monitoring and evaluation by the Technical Division may deposit the renewal fee into the account designated by the Council Office at Rastriya Banijya Bank, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur.

The institution’s name and address must be clearly mentioned on the bank voucher.

At the time of submission, a request letter on the institution’s letterhead must be compulsorily attached.
Institutions involved in technical and skill-based education under CTEVT are required to follow these renewal conditions and timelines as stated in the notice.
Prescribed Renewal Fees
TMIS Fee: Rs. 2,000 per institution
Certificate/Diploma Level: Rs. 30,000, and Rs. 10,000 for each additional program
Pre-Diploma: Rs. 10,000, and Rs. 5,000 for each additional program
Special Information
Institutions that have received affiliation or approval for short-term training may renew their programs within the time limit calculated according to the date mentioned in the affiliation or approval letter by paying the prescribed regular fee. After that period, renewal may be completed by paying double the regular fee.
