Urgent Notice of the Ministry of Education and Sports Regarding Institutional Renewal for Institutions Approved to Provide Educational Consultancy Services, Preparation Classes, and Language Teaching.
This notice, issued by the Educational Consultancy and Certification Section of the Government of Nepal, Ministry of Education and Sports, informs institutions approved to provide educational consultancy services, preparation classes, and language teaching about the renewal process for fiscal year 2083/84.
Eligible institutions must submit the required documents and apply for renewal through the Ministry’s online portal (cims.moest.gov.np) from 22 Ashar 2083 to 4 Shrawan 2083. Applications received after the prescribed deadline will not be processed. Institutions that are not renewed will not be included in the list of institutions approved to operate services for FY 2083/84.
Required Documents and Information for Filling Out the Online Application Form

Tax clearance certificate, audit report, and company update up to FY 2081/82.

Annual work details for FY 2082/83, including the country, level, and institutional details of the students who received services.

Copy of the approval letter issued by the Ministry and the latest renewal letter.

If a branch office has been operated, proof of profession/business registration with the Inland Revenue Office, Office of the Company Registrar, or local level, and the house rent agreement.

Details of the countries for which the institution has official representation and the representation letter.

Other documents placed in the application as prescribed by the Directive on Educational Consultancy Services and Language Teaching, 2073. If there has been any change in the company directors or shareholders, the related details/documents must be uploaded compulsorily.

Sign in by entering your user ID, institution name, and password. If the password is forgotten, use the “Forgot Password” option. The OTP will be received in the email provided by the institution in the system. The password must be reset through it.

While uploading documents in the application, the PDF files must be clearly readable.

After all documents and details have been filled in the application, they must be checked and submitted. After that, the Ministry will verify them. Only after verification, the revenue amount must be paid through the voucher generated within the system itself and through the system. Revenue paid through any other method will not appear in the system and will not be valid.

The revenue amount has been fixed at Rs. 20,000.00 from FY 2082/83. For fiscal years before that, payment must be made at the rate of Rs. 3,000.00 per year.

The institution itself will be responsible for any problem created due to incorrect entry of any details.
