Now, if any party has closed the school after hitting a child student for their vested interest, now it will be fined up to Rs. 50,000.

Sub-section 8 of section 7 of the Children's Act, 2075, provides for legal action against the person or institution who is closing the school. Despite the issuance of the Act, there has been no shutdown in the school despite the closure of the strike. The subsection states that "no one should interfere with or interfere with the operation, management or management of any place, service or facility, including any used school, in the event of armed conflict or the like." In section 72, the action is taken.

Following the Comprehensive Peace Agreement of 2063 November, the Government of Nepal passed the concept of School Peace Zone from the Council of Ministers on May 2068 and issued 'School Peace Area National Framework and Implementation Guide 2068'. Tarak Dhital, a child rights activist, said that the law of the Children Act was a suitable legal weapon if the directory had no legal compulsion but promoted it. Dhital, who worked as an expert in the revision of the school peace zones directory, said that a complaint should be filed against the school closure.

In the strategy of Article 3 of the Directive, a new law is proposed to inform the parents, teachers and anyone else immediately to the nearest police office and concerned body if the rights of the children are violated, happening or may be known.

The consultation is underway to revise the directive issued to keep the school free from armed activity, violence, partisan politics and other interference, discrimination, abuse, neglect, and exploitation, in coordination with the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) and World Education. The revision draft states that a mechanism for implementation, monitoring and reporting will be formulated between the federal, state and local levels.

Similarly, it has been proposed that no acts such as harassing, intimidating, intimidating, intimidating and inaccurate information of children by telephone, internet, online or any other means of communication.

The draft also added that there should be no activities such as obstructing, damaging children's schooling and the movement of school children while controlling the practice of bringing the school to long distances to distress the school.

The Director-General of the Center for Education, Development and Human Resource Development, Baburam Poudel said that the directory will be revised based on the suggestions received after reviewing the country's changing governance system and state control. He said that the beginning of classrooms in socialist countries should be from the classrooms. According to the directive, there is a provision to be the director-general of the coordinator center of the Central Coordination Committee.

Director of the center, Gehnath Gautam, said that with the initiatives of the Government and Citizens sector, the success of the 28 district schools has been oriented towards the implementation of the peace zones so it will be implemented effectively in all the districts in the coming days.

One day 7.8 million students of 35,000 schools, both community and private, are directly affected when the school is closed. In the recent past, the shutdown, strike organized by the CPN (M) and other groups led by Netra Bikram Chand has affected the education. In a study conducted in 2071 by a group of education journalists on the basis of media news, there were 145 incidents in a single year, affecting the reading. The existing rules of education require that the school be opened at least 192 days a year.

Founder Chairman of the Children's Peace Area National Campaign, Krishna Subedi, said that the directive needs to be revised after a comprehensive review of the situation where the directory could not be taken to all schools so far.

Laxman Sharma, president of Nepal National Teachers' Association, said that since the country was entered into federalism, the directory should not only be centrally-oriented, but should also pave the way for a smooth implementation at the local level according to the constitution, and also demanded policy protects against the professional rights of teachers nationwide. She also suggested that the school's peace sector could be made an integral part of her performance.

During the Maoist armed conflict, after the violent activity and political interference by the government and the rebel parties in the school, the civilian network was formed in 2003 and the campaign for peace was launched. Political parties operating in the country at different times have signed with a theoretical consensus not to violate the school peace zone. Some parties have committed to implement it in the election manifesto. Teachers, student organizations have also closed schools on demand from time to time.
