Hetauda School of Management Donates Rs 2 Million for Flood Victims
Hetauda School of Management and Social Sciences has contributed Rs 2 million to the Prime Minister Disaster Relief Fund to support relief efforts for people affected by flooding in the Bhotekoshi River area.
Of the total amount, Rs 1.5 million was contributed by the campus, while Rs 500,000 was contributed by its teachers and employees. On Wednesday, Campus Chief Puran Bahadur Joshi handed over the contribution to Makwanpur Chief District Officer Basanta Adhikari for deposit into the fund.
The campus stated that it provided the amount to support relief and rescue efforts following the devastating flooding in the Bhotekoshi River area, which caused extensive damage to houses, roads, bridges, hydropower projects, and other important infrastructure.
Expressing solidarity with the affected families and communities during this difficult time, Campus Chief Joshi said the financial contribution had been made to support them.
The campus stated that the assistance was not merely a financial contribution but also reflected its social responsibility, humanitarian concern, and commitment to solidarity with communities affected by the disaster.
