Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology (MoEST) Published Various Notices - 2077 Ashoj 1:

The government of Nepal, Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology (MoEST) published various notices dated 2077 Ashoj 1 (17 September 2020). Learn about the notices as following:

1) Urgent Notice regarding the implementation of Student Learning Facilitation Guideline, 2077:

'Regarding the resumption of regular classes in schools which have been disrupted due to COVID-19 infectious diseases; It is a well-known fact that the Alternative Learning Facilitation Program has been implemented on the basis of the Student Learning Facilitation Guideline, 2077 (June 15, 2020) from the Alternative System issued by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, Jestha 18 (May 31, 2020).

Including lessons and experiences learned from this practice; The decision of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology dated September 4, 2020 (Honorable Ministerial level) Student Learning Facilitation Guidelines, 2077 has been implemented to achieve the specified learning achievements by taking into account the duration of the current academic session.

Its implementation is expected to facilitate learning for school-age children by creating a learning environment conducive to their environment and to guide the teaching-learning process to be continuous, effective, and systematic by using open education as a learning facilitation system for the time being and to assist in further learning.

In accordance with this directive, from 17 September 2020, there is a request to the federal, provincial, and local levels, schools, and all concerned bodies and stakeholders to make arrangements for facilitating student learning.

The directive can be viewed and downloaded on the Ministry's website www.moest.gov.np and the Education and Human Resource Development Center's website www.doe.gov.np.

2. Requests to the concerned Education Development and Coordination Unit, all local levels and schools regarding the implementation of the Minimum Package of the National Elementary Class Reading Program:

Regarding ensuring the implementation of the National Early Grade Reading (NEGRP) program implemented from the academic year 2077 in all the community schools of the following districts by selecting the appropriate options from among the options given for the implementation of the Minimum Package prescribed by the program; You may have received the information of this center on 2077-04-14.

In this regard, it is requested to ensure the availability of necessary class materials for Nepali subjects of classes 2 and 3 by end of Ashoj 2077 from the budget allocated to all the community schools through the concerned local level under the title of NEGRP Minimum Package Implementation.

3. Notice to Local Level, Education Development and Coordination Unit and Schools regarding the publication of results and submission of bank account details:

For the purpose of identifying the deprived students from the PMT form implemented by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, Education and Human Resource Development Center, Nepal since 2074 BS and distributing targeted scholarships to the students of class 9 to 12; It is a well-known fact that in the academic session 2076/77, online applications were invited for the students studying in the community schools of class 2 and 10.

The list of eligible students is published on iemis.doe.gov.np. Among those selected from the list are students currently studying in class 9 and students enrolled in class 11 (open with enrollment risk) with bank account details (details in IEMIS): name, surname, etc. and no difference when opening a bank account) local level, education Development, and Coordination Unit and schools will ask the selected students to open an account in 'A' class bank by 2077-06-30.

Details of the same are requested from the school applying for the scholarship by typing in English letters in the format of the details and making an entry on iemis.doe.gov.np between 2077-06-10 to 2077-07-30. Students who have applied in the Academic Session 2076 will be recognized only the bank accounts entered after the publication of the results (only after 2077-06-10).

Students are also requested to enter their confession in IEMIS and to collect the confession [Hard copy] from the school/student in the coordination unit.

4. Notice regarding submission of vacancy details for an advertisement:

Education Development and Coordination Unit,

All except the districts mentioned in the details.

According to the letter dated 2076-11-05 of this center, the details of the vacancies for the advertisement of open and internal competition (promotion) by the Teacher Service Commission have been demanded till mid-April, 2077 BS. Since the teacher did not come to get the details of the vacancy; In coordination with the records of the office and also with the local level, it has been pointed out to send the details in the prescribed format within the end of Kartik 2077 after confirming the transfer. If the details of the vacancies are not received within the stipulated period, the vacancies in such districts cannot be involved in the process of filling the vacancies.
