Nepal Academy has announced the “Pragya Awards 2082,” which are presented in various fields including language, literature, culture, philosophy, and social sciences. From this year, the Academy has also introduced the “Pragya Provincial Award” to include creators from all seven provinces.
According to a statement issued by Academy Member Secretary Dr. Dhan Prasad Subedi, the Pragya Award, carrying a cash prize of Rs. 100,000 each, will be presented to 12 creators.

The Academy has stated that the announced awards will be presented at a special ceremony on Thursday, Baisakh 17, at the Siddhicharan Auditorium of Nepal Academy, Kamaladi.
