Notice to Report Attendance from Nepal Police Headquarters, Naxal

This notice is published regarding the police personnel listed below who have remained absent from duty from the dates specified without prior approval.
Despite search efforts and the completion of procedures in accordance with Rule 115(2) of the Police Regulations, 2071, and after public posting of notice, they have not contacted their office.
Therefore, this collective notice is hereby issued to inform them to report to this office or the issuing authority within seven (7) days of this notice publication date (excluding travel time), along with a satisfactory written explanation clarifying the reason for their absence.
Failure to comply will result in disciplinary action for violation under Rule 113(1)(cha) of the Police Regulations, 2071, and they will be subject to removal from service as per Rule 109(ka)(1) of the same regulations.
This notice also serves as an opportunity to provide clarification as required under Part 4 of Schedule 14 of the Police Regulations, 2071.
