The Province Public Service Commission, Lumbini Province, is inviting all creative minds to take part in our logo design contest! This is an exceptional opportunity to showcase your design prowess and celebrate the spirit of Lumbini.

About the Contest:

In line with the Commission's decision on 2079/08/20, we're initiating an open contest to design the official emblem (logo) for our esteemed commission. Not only will the winning design be recognized as our official logo, but the talented designer will also be rewarded with:

• A cash prize of Rs.40,000/- (inclusive of tax).
• An official certificate acknowledging their contribution.

Guidelines for Logo Submission:

Design Criteria:

1. The design must reflect the unique characteristics of the Lumbini region.
2. The logo's diameter shouldn't exceed 3 cm.
3. Incorporate symbols denoting knowledge.
4. The design must align with the core principles of the Public Service Commission: competence, fairness, and integrity.
5. It should resonate with the duties of the Province Public Service Commission.
6. Ensure the design is artistic and scalable.
7. The winning logo will become the property of the Commission and can't be used elsewhere by the designer.
8. The Commission reserves the right to select or reject any logo.
9. Based on feedback from the evaluation committee, slight modifications to the design might be necessary.
10. If the submission deadline coincides with a public holiday, entries will be accepted on the next working day.

Submission Requirements:

1. Print the design in color and black & white on A4 paper.
2. Provide a soft copy via a pen drive or email it to the Commission.
3. Attach a copy of your Nepali Citizenship Certificate.
4. Include a self-declaration affirming the design's originality.
5. Explain your design choices, including symbols, colors, shapes, and letters.

Deadline: All entries must be submitted within 15 days from the date of this notice's first publication, either in-person during office hours at the Commission's Butwal office or electronically to [email protected].
