Tribhuvan University's 64th Grace List Includes 95,540 Students, Main Convocation Scheduled for Poush

The 64th Grace List of Tribhuvan University (TU) was presented at the university's 67th Annual Day meeting, chaired by Prime Minister and TU Chancellor Balendra Shah.

According to the details presented by Registrar Dr. Rabindra Siwakoti, a total of 95,540 students have been included in the Grace List.

The list covers students who obtained their academic transcripts between Asar 1, 2082 BS, and the end of Asar 2083 BS.

Of the total students, 84.90 percent belong to general academic programs, while 15.10 percent are from technical programs.

Faculty and Institute-Wise Student Details

The number of students included in the Grace List from different faculties and institutes is as follows:

  • Faculty of Management: 43,142 students
  • Faculty of Education: 16,533 students
  • Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences: 15,441 students
  • Institute of Science and Technology: 6,688 students
  • Institute of Engineering: 5,960 students
  • Faculty of Law: 3,001 students
  • Institute of Medicine: 1,920 students
  • Institute of Agriculture and Animal Sciences: 463 students
  • Institute of Forestry: 192 students

Academic Level-Wise Student Details

The distribution of students included in the Grace List by academic level is as follows:

  • Bachelor's Level: 72,404 students
  • Master's Level: 22,533 students
  • M.Phil.: 253 students
  • PhD: 166 students
  • PGDS: 164 students

Main Convocation Ceremony Scheduled for Poush 2083

The university has announced that its main convocation ceremony will be held in Kathmandu in Poush 2083 BS for students included in the Grace List who have been authorized to receive their academic degrees.

Registrar Dr. Siwakoti also informed the meeting that preparations are underway to organize convocation programs across all seven provinces of Nepal.
