Public Notice Regarding Investigation of Equivalence Issued by TU Curriculum Development Centre

Published Date: 2080/09/14

Regarding the subject mentioned above, the University Grants Commission of India, through a public notice issued in 2016, removed Sangai International University of Manipur State, India, from the list of universities and declared the academic degrees issued by that university invalid for higher education and government employment.

Therefore, as the equivalence letters issued and provided by this Centre for the academic degrees obtained from that university by the persons named in the following list are under investigation, the concerned persons are requested to submit, in writing, the original copy of the equivalence letter they received, along with any basis or evidence proving the validity of the mentioned academic degree, to this Centre within 35 days from the date of publication of this notice.

If the required evidence is not submitted within the specified time, the listed equivalences will be dealt with in accordance with Regulation 21 of the Tribhuvan University Degree Recognition and Equivalence Regulations, 2073. This notice is published for the information of all concerned.
