Kageshwari Manohara Municipality Issues 35-Day Public Notice on School Name, Location and Ownership Changes
Kageshwari Manohara Municipality, Office of the Municipal Executive, Danchi, Kathmandu, has published a 35-day public notice stating that applications have been received to change the names, locations, and ownership of various schools to be operated within its area.
According to the municipality, the following schools have applied to revise their existing details:
Schools Seeking Changes
Swadhyayan School Pvt. Ltd.
Swadhyayan School, currently operating in Tokha-11, Kathmandu, has requested to change its existing name to Sumedha Pathasala.
The school has also proposed to relocate from Tokha to Ward No. 6 of Kageshwari Manohara Municipality. The proposed share ownership is to be maintained in the names of two persons: Pramila Karki Dhakal of Kathmandu Metropolitan City-31 and Bhawani Karki of Ramechhap, formerly Betali VDC-4.
Pragya Jyoti English School Pvt. Ltd.
Pragya Jyoti English School, currently operating in Kathmandu Metropolitan City-15, Banasthali, has requested to relocate to Mulpani, Ward No. 6 of Kageshwari Manohara Municipality.
The school has also proposed to transfer ownership from the current operator Santosh Pandey Sagar of Rainas Municipality-7 and maintain it in the names of Bhoj Bahadur Budha of Sijasdemba-2, Okhaldhunga, and Tendi Sherpa of Ragini-2, Okhaldhunga.
Jugu View Academy
Jugu View Academy, currently operating in Ward No. 7 of Kageshwari Manohara Municipality, has requested to change its existing name to Aasha Nepal Academy.
Information on Claims and Objections
If any person or party has any transaction, claim, or objection regarding the proposed change of name, location, or ownership of the above-mentioned schools, they are requested to submit an application with evidence to the Education, Youth and Sports Section of Kageshwari Manohara Municipality within 35 days from the date of publication of this notice.
The municipality has also clarified through this notice that no action will be taken on any claim or objection received after the expiry of the prescribed 35-day period.
