CTEVT Koshi Province Classified Scholarship Merit List Notice
Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Koshi Province Office, Itahari, Sunsari, Nepal, Notice on Publication of Merit List for Classified (Free) Scholarships in Pre-Diploma and Diploma Level Programs (Except Health).
As per the notice published by the Examination Control Office, CTEVT, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur on 2082/03/22 and 2082/04/11, applications submitted online for admission in pre-diploma and diploma level classified programs under this province have been reviewed. Based on the marks or GPA obtained in SLC/SEE results, as well as the score weightage of community and institutional schools/colleges, and according to the approved programs and quotas of respective institutions, the merit list of main candidates, alternative candidates, and cancelled applicants has been published by institution on 2082/05/03 in line with the Scholarship Distribution and Admission Guidelines, 2082.
Admission Information for Recommended Candidates

Candidates selected as main candidates and recommended for admission must enroll in the designated institution by 2082/05/13 within office hours.

For admission, they must submit the following documents:

Application Acceptance Card

Copy of merit list ranking

Academic qualification certificates
-
Citizenship or birth certificate

Original certificate of selected target group

Passport-size photographs

Institutions are requested to verify all original certificates and documents submitted by candidates as per the admission guidelines and notice. A written undertaking must be obtained stating that if any false information is found compared to the details entered during the online application, the admission will be automatically cancelled at any time.
Mandatory Information for Non-Admitted Candidates
If any candidate selected for admission fails to enroll within the final date fixed for admission at the concerned institutions, the institutions must mandatorily inform the CTEVT Koshi Province Office in writing at the email address: [email protected] within 3 days, in accordance with Section 20(gha) of the Admission Guidelines.
