CTEVT Lumbini Province: Publication of Merit List for Diploma/Certificate Level Scholarships and Health Programs
Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Lumbini Province Office, Rapti Valley (Deukhuri), Dang, has published the merit list regarding classified (free) scholarships and full-fee health programs at the diploma/certificate level.
According to the notice published by the Examination Control Office, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur on 2082/04/05, applications submitted online within the deadline for diploma/certificate level programs under the "Pre-Diploma and Diploma/Certificate Level Trainee Selection, Scholarship Details, and Admission Guidelines 2082" were verified. Based on the marks/GPA obtained in SLC/SEE results, and by category and quota of the approved programs, the decision dated 2082/05/06 has finalized and published the merit list, including main candidates, alternative candidates, and rejected applicants.
The selected main candidates recommended for admission are informed to complete their enrollment at the designated institutions by 2082/05/17 (Sunday) within office hours. Candidates must present the following documents:

Application Acceptance Card

Copy of merit list
-
Original academic certificates
-
Citizenship certificate or birth certificate

Original certificate of selected target group
-
Passport-size photographs
Institutions are instructed to admit candidates only after verifying the original certificates and documents submitted, in accordance with the admission guidelines and notice.
If any selected candidate under the classified (free) scholarship category fails to enroll within the final deadline at the designated institutions, they must mandatorily inform the Lumbini Province Office of the Council in writing within three days as per Clause 20 of the Admission Guidelines through the email address [email protected]. Similarly, for full-fee candidates, written information must be provided as per Clause 19.
