Council of Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) Office of the Controller of the Examination (OCE), Sanothimi, Bhaktapur Diploma Level Dated 2079-04-12 and Republished Date 2079-04-26 and 2079-05-08 Notification According to CTEVT Madhesh Province, Constituent, TECS, Partnership, and private level educational institutions operating at diploma level in various programs for the academic session 2079/080 as per the CTEVT OCE admission guidelines 2079, an examination from the trainees willing to study on free scholarship within the specified date and time. Applicants who completed the entire process as prescribed by the Control Office and filled the online form correctly were admitted according to the admission guidelines of CTEVT OCE, and the results of the diploma level free classified scholarship entrance exam dated 2079-05-18 have been published.
During the publication of the results, it is also informed that if the certificates submitted online by the applicants are different or incomplete and the result is different, the concerned applicant will be responsible.
In addition, the recommended trainees should contact and enroll in the specified educational institution with a complete admit card and other documents within 10 (ten) days (date 2079/06/02 to 2079/06/11) from the date of publication of the result based on this notice. The concerned educational institution should confirm and enroll the recommended trainees within the specified date and inform this office in writing within 3 (three) days of the last date dated 2079/06/14.
If the recommended main trainees are not admitted within the specified date; If the seat of that group becomes vacant, the trainees who are in the alternative list according to the merit list will be re-recommended from this office. All concerned are informed
