CTEVT Sudurpashchim Scholarship Candidate Merit List 2082
Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Sudurpashchim Province Office, Kailali, Urgent notice regarding the publication of the merit list for the selection of candidates in programs other than health under the classified (free) scholarship for pre-diploma and diploma/certificate level.
As per the notices published by the Examination Control Office, CTEVT, Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, on various dates from 2082/03/22 to 2082/04/11, among the online application forms duly received within the prescribed time for study in programs other than health under the classified (free) scholarship for pre-diploma and diploma/certificate level, the merit list of the main candidates and those in the passed list, as well as the list of canceled applicants, has been published in accordance with the Trainee Selection, Scholarship Distribution, and Admission Guidelines 2082. This notice is published for the information of all concerned.
Candidates recommended as main candidates for admission must enroll at the designated educational institution within 10 days (by Monday, 2082/05/09) during office hours with their Application Acceptance Card, a copy of the merit list, academic certificates, citizenship or birth registration certificate, original targeted group certificate if selected under a targeted group, and passport-size photographs.
The concerned educational institutions are requested to admit the candidates only after the principal verifies the original certificates and documents submitted by the candidates, based on this notice and as per the guidelines and instructions mentioned in the admission notice.
In addition, the names of the candidates admitted to the programs of the designated institutions by the last admission date must be reported in writing within 3 days as per Section 18 of the Admission Guidelines to the email address of the CTEVT Sudurpashchim Province Office: [email protected], clearly mentioning the category and quota under which the candidate was recommended.
Additional Information
(a) In the classified (free) scholarship quota, after the programs are confirmed to be operating in the remaining institutions other than those recommended under this notice, candidates in the passed list under the classified (free) scholarship quota will be recommended according to the merit list.
(b) If the number of trainees in any program of an affiliated institution of the Council is low and is merged into another institution, both the full-fee trainees and the classified (free) scholarship trainees will be transferred to the same merged institution.
Note:
The entire responsibility for the teaching and learning of the trainees recommended under the scholarship lies with the concerned educational institution. If the trainees recommended under the classified (free) scholarship are not admitted on the grounds of not admitting full-fee trainees, action will be taken as per the prevailing laws.
