Aarughat Rural Municipality, Office of the Rural Municipal Executive, Aarughat, Gorkha, Gandaki Province, Nepal, Teacher requirement notice.

As per the decision of the Aarughat Rural Municipal Executive dated 2082/07/25, applications are invited from eligible Nepali citizens for filling the vacant teacher positions on a contract basis as detailed below. Interested candidates must submit applications within the prescribed deadline.

Eligibility Criteria

Required academic qualifications:

• Nepali citizen.

• Completed 18 years of age and not exceeded 40 years by the last date of application.

• Not disqualified as per Rule 10 of the Teachers Service Commission Regulation (with amendments), 2057.

• For Primary Level:
  Passed Secondary Education Examination (Class 12) or equivalent from a recognized educational institution and completed at least 10 months of training in Education.

• For Secondary Level (Class 9–10):
  Passed bachelor’s level or equivalent in the relevant subject (minimum 300 full marks or 12 credit hours) from a recognized educational institution.

• Must have obtained subject-specific permanent teaching license for the respective level.
  If the applicant holds a higher-level teaching license, it will be considered equivalent to the minimum required level.

Type of examination:

(a) Written examination (general and subject-wise)

(b) Oral examination

Last date for application submission: 2082/08/02 up to 2:00 PM

Examination date: Will be determined after the application deadline.

Examination fees:

• Basic Level (Third): Rs. 1000

• Secondary Level (Third): Rs. 1500

Required documents:

• Candidate’s personal application

• Prescribed application form with recent photograph

• Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate

• Copies of minimum and higher academic qualification transcripts and character certificate

• Teaching license

• Receipt of examination fee payment

Examination basis: The entire examination will be conducted based on the curriculum published by the Teachers Service Commission.
