Adhikhola Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited Vacancy for Officer, Junior Officer, Assistant

1. Manager - (Managerial Level) - 1 (One)

Eligibility Criteria: Having passed Master level or equivalent, and at least 5 years working experience in the nearest lower position of Bank and Financial Institution, or 7 years at Officer level; Or Bachelor or equivalent and must have at least 7 years of work experience in the nearest lower post.

2. Officer / Senior Officer (Department Head / Monitoring Officer) - Officer Level - Few

Eligibility Criteria:

Officer: Bachelor or equivalent and at least 3 years in the nearest lower position of the bank and financial institution or proficiency certificate and similar at least 5 years or at least 7 years senior assistant or branch head working experience in the nearest lower position. Special priority will be given to those who have worked as department heads or monitoring officers.

Junior Officer: Must have passed Bachelor or equivalent and have at least 3 years work experience in the nearest lower post of bank and financial institution or at least 5 years senior professional or branch head in the nearest lower post having passed proficiency certificate level. Special priority will be given to those who have worked as department heads or monitoring officers.

3. Senior Assistant / Assistant (Information Technology) - Assistant Level - 1 (One)

Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor or equivalent and 1 year work experience in banking software or proficiency certificate level. Must have at least 2 years work experience in related field with knowledge of computer hardware and software, office package, email, internet website design.

4. Senior Assistant / Assistant (Branch Head) - Assistant Level - Few

Eligibility Criteria:

Senior Assistant: Bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least 2 years working experience in the nearest lower position of a bank or financial institution; Or have passed proficiency certificate level and should have at least 3 years work experience and good knowledge of computer in the nearest lower post. Special priority will be given to those who work under the responsibility of branch head.

Assistant: Must have passed Proficiency Certificate level and have at least 3 years work experience and good computer knowledge in the nearest lower position of Bank and Financial Institution. Special priority will be given to those who work under the responsibility of branch head.

5. Junior Assistant - Assistant Level - Few

Eligibility Criteria:

Must have passed SLC or equivalent or have obtained D Plus grade (minimum 1.60 GPA) in SEE exam, have completed at least 1 year work experience or training period in MFI and have good computer knowledge. Must also be willing to work in rural areas.
