APF Nepal New Recruitment Notice 2082/83 (Inspector, ASI, Law, Accounts, Doctor, Staff Nurse)

The Armed Police Force, Nepal (APF Nepal), Headquarters (Human Resource Department / Directorate / Recruitment & Selection Section, Halchok, Swayambhu, Kathmandu) has invited applications from eligible Nepali citizens to fill vacant posts in the General Group (General Sub-group) and Technical Group (Health) through open competition.

5) Minimum Eligibility Requirements (As Stated)

1. Armed Police Inspector (General Sub-group)

• Age: 21 completed and not exceeding 25 on the advertisement publication date

  • DOB range (BS): 2057/10/12 to 2061/10/11

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized university

• Height/Weight:

  • Male: at least 5 ft 2 in, weight at least 50 kg

  • Female: at least 5 ft, weight at least 42 kg

• Citizenship: Must have Nepali citizenship certificate

• Chest (male only): 31 in (normal) and 33 in (expanded)

• Eyesight: Not weaker than minus 2 or plus 2

• Health: Must obtain fitness certificate from an approved medical officer (during the process)

• Character: Recommendation of good character from two Gazetted Officers of the Government of Nepal (excluding relatives and the applicant’s educational institution)

• Must not have been convicted in cases involving moral turpitude

• Must not be a member of any political party at the time of application

• Must not be a member of any terrorist organization

• Must not have been dismissed from service in a way that disqualifies future government service

• Must not have been punished for human rights/humanitarian law violations

• Must not have been punished for espionage against Nepal

2. Armed Police Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI) (General Sub-group)

• Age: 18 completed and not exceeding 23 on the advertisement publication date

  • DOB range (BS): 2059/10/12 to 2064/10/11

• Qualification: Certificate level / equivalent (+2) from a recognized institution/university

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized university

3. Copies of minimum educational qualification certificates for the applied post (each level):

   • If studied outside Nepal: Equivalence certificate from Tribhuvan University (as stated)

4. For Martyr/Injured APF personnel’s offspring: proof documents and relationship verification: 1 copy

5. For Indigenous/Nationalities: certificate issued by Nepal Federation/authority as stated (National Foundation for Development of Indigenous Nationalities)

6. For Madhesi: certificate from designated bodies as per Nepal Gazette notice; until designated, certificate issued by CDO based on recommendation of local level chief (as stated)

7. For Dalit: certificate from National Dalit Commission; if multiple surnames exist within listed caste, additional verification per notice (including ward office recommendation per Council of Ministers decision dated 2075/04/23)

8. For Backward Area: proof of permanent residence and citizenship issued from the listed districts, plus recommendation letter confirming permanent residence up to application time (as stated)

• For Inspector (General/Law/Accounts): Even if forms are submitted at any listed office, all contact and full selection examinations will be conducted at APF HQ, Halchok, Kathmandu.

• For ASI: Exams from contact through written will be conducted at the office where the form is registered; results publication and later stages will be at APF HQ, Halchok, Kathmandu.

• For Technical (Doctor/Staff Nurse): All stages including contact will be conducted at APF HQ, Halchok, Kathmandu.

• Online applicants must appear on 2082/10/23 with printed form, original revenue voucher, character recommendations, Rs. 10 ticket, and all required documents to obtain admit card; otherwise, the application will be cancelled automatically.

• Candidates must carry admit card and original citizenship certificate in each stage.
