Bahradashi Rural Municipality, Office of the Rural Municipal Executive, (Selection and Recruitment Committee), Chakchaki, Jhapa, Koshi Province, Nepal, Service Contract Staff Recruitment Notice.

For the programs run under the Bahradashi Rural Municipality, Office of the Rural Municipal Executive, vacant posts as specified below are to be filled on a staff service contract through open competition in accordance with prevailing laws.

Therefore, this notice has been published for the information of all concerned, inviting interested Nepali citizens who meet the prescribed minimum qualifications to submit their applications in the prescribed format within the specified deadline.

G. Age Limit of Candidates:

  • For the post of Public Health Officer:

    • Must have completed 21 years and not exceeded 40 years on the last date of application.

    • In the case of women, must have completed 21 years and not exceeded 45 years.

  • For the post of CBR Facilitator:

    • In the case of men, must have completed 18 years and not exceeded 35 years.

    • In the case of women and persons with disabilities, must have completed 18 years and not exceeded 40 years.

Salary/Remuneration: As per prevailing rules.

Minimum Required Qualifications

H. Minimum Qualifications Required

  1. For the post of Public Health Officer

I. Must be a Nepali citizen.

J. Must have obtained at least a bachelor’s degree in Public Health from a recognized educational institution and be registered and renewed with the Nepal Health Professional Council.

K. Must have basic knowledge and experience of computer applications (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email/Internet, etc.) and be able to prepare reports in Nepali language.

  1. For the post of CBR Facilitator

L. Must be a Nepali citizen.

M. Must have passed at least Class 12 or equivalent from a recognized educational institution.

N. Must possess an Inclusive (Disability) Identity Card.

O. Must meet other qualifications specified in “Guidelines for Selection of Community-Based Rehabilitation Facilitator, 2080.”

Important Notes

(A) Applications that are not submitted within the time limit prescribed by the office, that do not meet the minimum qualification, that do not mention other prescribed details, or for which the required fee has not been deposited, will not be accepted.

(B) Candidates who pass the written and practical examinations must compulsorily submit the original copies along with photocopies of the academic qualification certificates, citizenship, and documents related to service experience, as specified, before appearing for the interview.

(C) The prescribed academic qualification must have been obtained within the last date of application. Candidates who have studied at foreign institutions must have determined the equivalence of the qualification they have obtained from the concerned authority.

(D) Syllabus and Other Arrangements:

For the post of Public Health Officer, the syllabus will be as prescribed by the Koshi Province Public Service Commission for the relevant post.

For the post of CBR Facilitator, the syllabus will be as specified in Schedule 1 of the “Guidelines for Selection of Community-Based Rehabilitation Facilitator, 2080.”

Other arrangements in this regard will be as decided by the Selection and Recruitment Committee.
