Bansgarhi Municipality Vacancy for Facilitator (Sahajkarta):
Bansgarhi Municipality, located in Bardiya district, Nepal, is seeking eight Nepali citizens for the position of Facilitator (Sahajkarta) for its Farmer Registration Program. The program aims to identify farmers in Ward No. 8 and 9 of the municipality, collect their details through an electronic system, and enter them into the information system for farmer registration.
Position: Facilitator (Sahajkarta)
Location: Bansgarhi Municipality, Bardia, Lumbini Pradesh, Nepal
Number of Positions: 8 (four for Ward No. 8 and four for Ward No. 9)
Service Facilities: According to the implementation method of registration of farmers.
Responsibilities:
- Collecting details of farmers through an electronic system and entering them into the information system for the implementation of farmer registration.
- Identifying the farmers in Ward No. 8 and 9 of the municipality.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification and experience:
a. Passed at Proficiency Certificate level or equivalent
b. Experience in work related to census and survey or data collection and entry into the computer system
c. Basic computer skills
d. Special preference will be given to permanent residents of Bansgarhi Municipality
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old and not exceeding 35 years. Women and persons with disabilities can apply up to 40 years old.
- Place of Application: Interested candidates should submit their application along with necessary documents to the Bansgarhi Municipal Executive Office within 15 days from the date of publication of this notification.
- Application Fee: Rs. 400 (letter four, one hundred rupees only.)
- Mode of Selection: The selection process will include a Short List of publications and Interviews.
- Documents Required: Applicants must attach the following documents with their application: a. Certificate of Nepalese citizenship certified by the applicant b. Certificate of minimum educational qualification c. Character certificate d. 2 copies of passport-size photograph
- Area of Work: There will be four facilitators working in Ward No. 8 and four in Ward No. 9 of Bansgarhi Municipality.
