Qualifications:
- Minimum Master's Degree in any Discipline
- Minimum Five years of Experience in roles like Principal or Academic Coordinator.
- Individual should have a combination of educational qualifications, leadership, experience, problem-solving, and strategic planning, financial planning, and a commitment to academic excellence.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide visionary leadership to the institution, fostering a culture of excellence in teaching, research, strategic roles, and hospitality services.
- Develop and implement a plan to enhance the academic and administrative functions of the institution.
- Promote a conducive learning environment that supports students' success and well-being and Provide guidance and counseling to teachers
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation pedagogy, research, and assessment.
- Research new resources and techniques to improve teaching
- Oversee the recruitment, development, and evaluation of faculty and staff.
- Maintain effective communication, presentation skills, and collaboration with stakeholders, including students, faculty, staff, parents and community.
