Educational Qualification / Experience:

For DCEO: Must have a master's degree in Commerce or Economics from a recognized educational institution and have at least 5 years of experience working as a department head in a financial institution.
For Senior Manager: Must have a master's degree in Commerce / Economics from a recognized educational institution or have passed the city's major examination and have worked in a financial institution for at least 3 years (at manager level).
For Manager: Must have a bachelor's degree in Commerce / Economics from a recognized educational institution, or similar, and have worked in a financial institution for at least 3 years (at official level).
For Assistant Manager: Must have a bachelor's degree in Commerce / Economics from a recognized educational institution, or equivalent, and have worked in a financial institution for at least 2 years (at officer level).
For Branch Head: Must have passed bachelor level or similar examination from a recognized educational institution. Special preference will be given to those who have at least 2 years of experience in financial institutions.
For Assistant Branch Head: Passed proficiency certificate, or similar examination from a recognized educational institution. Special priority will be given to those who have experience working in financial institutions.
For Junior Center Manager: Passed SLC / SEE or similar exam. Special preference will be given to those with experience working in financial institutions.
For Trainee Assistant: Passed SLC / SEE or similar exam.
For Office Helper: Passed class eight or similar exams.
For Driver: Passed class eight or similar exams.

Additional Information:

(A) Age limit:

Administrative / Managerial Level: 21 years completed and not exceeding 45 years;
Officer Level: 21 years completed and not exceeding 40 years;
Senior Assistant, Assistant, and Junior Assistant Level: 18 years old and not exceeding 35 years;
Assistant (Helper): 18 years completed and not exceeding less than 40 years.

A motorcycle or driving license should be mandatory for the Managerial Level and authorized category.
