Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• A graduate degree from a recognized educational institution.

Work Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in a microfinance institution or
• At least 7 years of managerial experience in financial institutions in the microfinance sector.

Age Requirement

• Candidates must be at least 35 years old but not more than 50 years.

Selection Process

• Shortlisted candidates will be called for a presentation and an interview.
