Revised information regarding employee requirements
According to an agreement between the Government of Nepal and the Government of Switzerland, the following manpower is needed to assist in conducting community literacy programs, psychosocial counseling and financial literacy programs in the Halesi Tuwachung Municipality under the Safer Migration Program through this Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Security. To be Experienced candidates for positions mentioned below issue Nepalese citizens have been summoned.
1. Post: Psychosocial Counselor - 1 (Required Qualifications and Experience):
Priority will be given to those working in the field of safe foreign employment having a minimum proficiency certificate level or 10 + 2 passing psychological counseling work or 3 years of basic training. Priority will be given to the local level of local residents and women to implement the project.
2. Position: Financing Affordability Facilitator 1 (Required Qualification and Experience):
Preference will be given to those with minimum proficiency certificate level or 10 + 2 pass, adult education or vocational education, financial institution, co-operative, entrepreneurship development and social mobilization who have at least 2 years’ experience in the field of safe foreign employment. Priority will be given to the local level of local residents and women to implement the project.
3. Post: Returning Volunteer - 3) (Required Qualification and Experience):
Priority will be given to those who have worked for at least 1 year or above and have worked in the field of safe foreign employment bypassing the minimum grade 10, to foreign employment (Gulf countries and Malaysia).
Working Period: Currently up to July 15, 2020, maybe renewed as per program requirements and performance.
Salary and other facilities: as per program rules.
Required Documents: 35 years in favor of the men above-mentioned qualification, 35 years in favor of women Nepali citizens who have not completed the age of 40 years, self-application along with a photocopy of personal details and educational qualification certificate along with the name and contact phone number of at least 2 reference persons. Selection process:
