Monitoring and Evaluation Officer —1 (Short-term)
Job Description:
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of program components and adjust lomcrease effectiveness.
- Review monitoring checklists of program activities.
- Support program and M & E team for evaluation management during periodic evaluation of project interventions at field level.
- Develop regular trend analysis of complaints and share it with project team as per protocols.
- Carty out preliminary investigations and prepare preliminary and periodic reports. Carry out follow up monitoring visits using the monitoring action plan tracker.
- Any other tasks assigned by line manager
The requirement for the role:
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Economics, Development Studies, M & E or related Social Sciences.
Work Experience:
- Three years' experience in health( nutrition and food security livelihood related programs.
- Experience conducting data quality assessments an advantage.
Skills:
- Experience in WE systems, Database and data management
- Relevant experience in research and survey and data analysis management.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Proven ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
- Willingness to regularly travel to rural areas.
