Age: Completed 21 years and less than 40 years. However, in case of women, 5 years will be added.
Educational / Desirable Qualification: Computer Engineering/Computer from a recognized University Candidates with at least 4 years working experience in microfinance, banking and related fields who have passed the examination in Science / IT / MIS subject or equivalent can apply. Preference will be given to skilled candidates who have passed Master's degree and have experience in microfinance banking and related fields and have worked under the responsibility of head of department / central office.
Note:
On the basis of experience, appointment will be given on permanent or 6 months probation period, but when calculating the working period, the probationary period will also be counted as permanent period.
