Swiss Government Development Assistance SDC: Employee Requirement Notice
Safer Migration (SaMi) Phase III has been implemented in 156 local levels in 39 districts as per bilateral agreement between the Government of Nepal and the Swiss Government to make foreign employment safe, organized, dignified, achievement-free and exploitative. Under the leadership of the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Security, the program is being implemented from the local level under the coordination of the Ministry of Social Development. Helvetas Nepal has been providing technical assistance in conducting the program.
As per this requirement, only 4 Light drivers are required for the posts of Provinces 1, 2, Gandaki, 5, Karnali and Sudurpaschim.

Qualification and Work Experience:
- Minimum 10 Class Passes
- At least 3 years of driving experience in various hilly and Terai districts.
- Must have driver's certificate
- Certificate of Eligibility to drive a vehicle by an eye examination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving with full responsibility for the safety of employees, vehicles and other materials.
- Comply with all Helvetas driving rules.
- Keeping the vehicle in good condition and in good condition by regular maintenance and maintenance of vehicles (mileage, fuel consumption, machine condition, etc.).
- Helping employees in the field.
