1. Sales and Marketing Officer (Medical Equipment)

Level: Mid-level
Job Location: Various branch office (All over Nepal)
Offered salary: Negotiable
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor in a related field (preferably BSc. MLT)
- A driving license of two-wheeler would be an advantage
- Working experience of at least 1 year in Sales and Marketing field
- Should have basic knowledge about medical equipment
Major responsibilities:
In any setting, the process of selling involves contacting potential customers, identifying their needs, persuading them that your products or services (rather than those of competitors) can best satisfy those needs; closing the sale by agreeing with the terms and conditions; and providing after-sales service.
Arranging appointments with doctors, pharmacists and hospital medical teams, which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular 'cold' calling
Building and maintaining positive working relationships with medical staff and supporting administrative staff
Planning work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables. This may involve working with the head office sales team or discussing sales targets with the head office sales manager.
Keeping up to date with the latest clinical data supplied by the company/ or web searching, and interpreting, presenting and discussing this data with health professionals during presentations Monitoring competitor activity and competitors' products and information to the senior daily.
2. Field Service Engineer (Medical Equipment)

Level: Mid-level
Job Location: Various branch office (All over Nepal)
Offered salary: Negotiable
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in a related engineering field
- Ability to liaison with customers and third-party vendors.
- Ability to cope up with a wide variety of problems, customers and site conditions.
- Must be capable of calming difficult situations.
- Must be willing to work in remote locations within the country.
Major Responsibilities:
- Complete responsibility for carrying out servicing, commissioning and maintenance of company Products & Systems at Customer sites whenever required
- Responsible for the training of customers/users at the site.
- Travel frequently to customer sites for servicing, commissioning and maintenance of the product.
- Providing an effective link between the customer and company and thereby enhancing the company image.
