ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- Preferably Master's Degree but not less than Bachelor's Degree in Law with sound knowledge of Corporate Law.
- Minimum 5 years' work experience and proven track record in similar job function shall be preferred.
- Candidates must be fluent in English and Nepal, both in Written and Oral.
- Excellent Communication and typing skills in Nepali and English.
- Candidate having company secretarial qualification from reputed institution shall be preferred.
