Government of Nepal, Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supply, Industrial District Management Limited Notice regarding the call for applications of the selection and recommendation committee constituted for the appointment of the General Manager
Since the vacant post of General Manager of Industrial Area Management Limited is to be appointed through open competitive tender; This notification has been published for the information of all concerned to apply to the Government Industries and Institutions Branch, Singhdarwar, Kathmandu within 21 (twenty-one) days from the date of publication of this notification from Nepalese citizens with the following qualifications.
1) Qualification and Experience:
(a) Being a citizen of Nepal.
(b) Passed at least a master's degree from a recognized university in subjects related to the nature of work of the concerned public body or in administration, management, economics, engineering, or law and having at least five years of work experience in a position of managerial responsibility in an organization or body,
(c) Not disqualified according to Section 4 of the Guidelines for Appointment and Nomination of Officials in Public Bodies affiliated to the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supply, 2078.
(d) Having attained the age of 35 years and not exceeding 65 years by the last date of application.
2) Documents to be submitted by the applicant with the application:
(a) Along with the application, two copies of passport-size photographs, educational qualification, and Nepali citizenship in the format as per schedule-2 of Schedule-2 of Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supply Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supply published on the website of this Ministry. Copies of certificates, personal details, and copies of documents certified by the relevant agencies should be submitted by the candidate himself.
(b) When submitting the details of experience, the name of the organization where he worked, and the total period of work (including years, months, and days) should be disclosed and submitted by himself.
(c) Along with the application, the candidate must submit two (2) copies of a business plan of a maximum of five thousand words, sealed in one envelope, for the operation of the Industrial Area Management Limited. The business plan should be typed on A4 size plain white paper in one line only. A professional action plan can be written in Nepali or English language. You cannot put your name, signature, or any other sign on the front page of the action plan except on the cover letter.
3) Presentation of professional work plan and interview:
The candidates who have been approved and shortlisted must attend the presentation of the professional action plan submitted by them and attend the interview at the designated place, date, and time.
4) Application fee:
For the application form, the office code of this ministry is no. 307003501 Revenue Account No. 00100106200000 to be deposited in revenue title 14224 Everest Bank Ltd. At Singhdarbar branch Rs. 5000 (literally five thousand only) must submit the full receipt.
5) Salary and other benefits:
In the case of salary, the special category of the Nepal Government or the same starting salary scale and other benefits will be as per the rules of the related organization.
6) Other details:
(a) Applications that are not properly submitted as per this notification will be rejected by the selection and recommendation committee.
(b) In the case of the applicant serving in a government agency or institute, a letter of approval from the employing agency must be submitted.
(c) If the applicant is found to have submitted false details or documents, the application will be canceled at any time and action will be taken according to the prevailing law.
