Job Details
1. Deputy Chief Executive Officer

- Minimum Educational Qualification: Postgraduate in any field with at least 5 years of managerial experience in banks or financial institutions. Alternatively, a graduate with at least 7 years of managerial experience in banks or financial institutions.
2. Senior Officer (Law)

- Required Number: 1
- Minimum Educational Qualification: Graduation or equivalent with 5 years of banking experience, or a master's degree with at least 1 year of authorized level banking experience. Alternatively, a Chartered Accountant with at least 1 year of banking experience or a law graduate with an advocate's certificate is preferred. Experience in legal consultancy is a bonus.
3. Junior Officer

Preference will be given to those with experience in internal audit and accounting.
4. Management Trainee (MT)

- Age Limit: Applicants should be 21-55 years old for managerial positions and 21-40 years old for officer positions. (An additional five years will be allowed for women.)
Examination Process
Applicants will undergo a business plan presentation and oral interview for the Deputy Chief Executive Officer position, and an oral interview for Senior Officers, Officers, and Management Trainees.
