The International Nepal Fellowship/Nepal (INF/N) is a Christian non-government organization that has worked in health services and development in the Western Regions of Nepal for more than 67 years.

INF Green Pastures Hospital-since 1957, serves the needs of poor and marginalized people in Nepal. It was established in the beginning as a specialist leprosy hospital but now features some of the dedicated and well-equipped facilities in Western Nepal.

Post Title: Occupational Therapy Assistant

Location: Pokhara

Purpose of the job:

To gain knowledge and skills about the concepts and practices of rehabilitation and so demonstrate a good attitude towards all who attend the dept. to help to improve the quality of life and decrease stigma towards disabled people. - To supervise patients doing occupational therapy treatment activities as directed by other staff

- to assist in the day to day practical management of the department. - To work with patients and their families, seeking the best possible recovery and reintegration back into their lives at home.

Required Qualification and skills: - SLC passes with relevant experience of working in the - field of rehabilitation.

Candidates who have Basic PRT courses are preferred.

- Good communication skills

- Basic computer skills

- Personal initiative and good time management skills - Good understanding and agreement with INF values

- Having no prejudice towards any people groups

- Previous contact with people with disability

- preferably with or personal experience is preferred.
